Grease manufacturing steps

1- Saponification

In this stage, the hardener is made and the saponification process is carried out according to a specific formula.

2- Dewatering

The water produced from the reaction must be separated from the produced soap by heating and distilling the water.

3- Cutback

The obtained materials are mixed with a certain amount of oil and the grease is cooked, and after cooking the grease, it must be cooled at a high and specific speed.

4- Grinding

To make the appearance of the grease uniform, the grease is ground with a strong pump and high shear force.

5- Aeration

The grease deaeration device passes the grease through a layer of a vacuum environment to remove the bubbles trapped in the grease.

6- Filtering

Filtering using special meshes, which separates the fine particles left during production.
